As one of the “Original 3” Support Coordination Agencies in New Jersey we…

  • have been providing support in partnership with people with disabilities and their families since 2007.
  • are authorized by the Division of Developmental Disabilities to approve the Individual Service Plans (ISPs) we develop in partnership with you and your team.  This is because we have proven our capability and ability to write effective ISPs through our talented and capable team of Support Coordinators.
  • are conflict free in that we do not provide any other service in NJ beyond Support Coordination. 
  • support youth and young adults with the transition process from youth to adult services. We host the NJ Youth Transition Conference that focuses on the services offered to youth ages 14-21+, their families & caregivers and the professionals who serve them.
